COMAND 5.5 is a new generation of multimedia, installed in a new W213 E-Class, 2018+ S-Class, and the newest facelift 2019+ C-Class models. This is a native integration of original Mercedes-made technology and NOT an aftermarket solution. Along with a bigger, high-resolution screen, it has an all-new redesigned interface, native CarPlay, and Android Auto support, and native 64-color support which brings a better ambient lighting integration capability and OEM digital cluster retrofit opportunity. The retrofit kit includes an OEM COMAND unit (the head unit), multimedia screen, and a custom-made signal transfer adapter. Each purchase will include detailed instructions for the installation process and in case of any problems, MB House engineers will be available for assistance. Digital coding will be performed remotely by MB House once all parts are installed using an OBD Access adapter (shipped with a kit). Detailed video instructions will be provided.
